Pantone Solid Coated (C) as the Universal Rule: To ensure 100% accuracy, we do not accept JPEGs or screen grabs for color approval. We require Pantone C-series codes. This guarantees that the pigment pastes or pre-tinted bases we supply will match your corporate guidelines perfectly, anywhere in the world.

Q6: Can I mix your silicone color pastes into plastisol or water-based inks?
A: No, chemical compatibility is crucial. Silicone color pastes must only be mixed with silicone base inks. Mixing them into plastisol or water-based bases will cause curing failure and chemical rejection. However, SOLLYD manufactures complete color systems for all ink types. If you are printing with plastisol or water-based inks, please select our specific plastisol pigments or water-based colorants to ensure perfect integration.
Q7: Will the printed color look different on a black garment versus a white garment? How do I fix this?
A: Yes, the underlying fabric color can alter the final appearance of the ink. To achieve the exact Pantone match on dark or black garments, we recommend printing a highly opaque white silicone underbase (using our SI-101 White Pigment mixed with a base silicone) first. Flash-cure it, and then print your custom color on top. Alternatively, you can increase the color paste ratio up to 15% in your mixture for maximum opacity.
Q8: Do your fluorescent (neon) pigments fade easily after washing or UV exposure?
A: Neon colors are notoriously prone to fading, but SOLLYD has engineered a solution.
