Event Organizer’s Fabric FAQ
A: This is a major pain point. We archive a 10x10cm swatch from your approved sample. During production, we perform random GSM (grams per square meter) tests. If the bulk doesn’t match the swatch, we don’t ship. Your 70% balance is only paid after your inspection confirms the quality.
A: No. All our technical polyesters undergo a 180°C high-temperature pre-shrinking process. Our color fastness is ISO Grade 4+. This ensures the sponsor’s logo doesn’t bleed and the athlete’s white socks don’t turn red during the race.
A: Yes. We maintain “Greige Fabric” (undyed) stock for large events. We can pivot and produce a “late-batch” supplement with a color match of Delta E < 1.0 (invisible to the naked eye).
A: Weight is the enemy of the runner. A 180g shirt feels “high quality” in the office but becomes a heavy, sodden anchor after 10 miles. We focus on 130g-140g because it balances durability with elite moisture management.
A: For long-distance events, we recommend our Smooth Interlock combined with Flat-lock (4-needle, 6-thread) stitching. This creates a seam that is completely flat against the skin, removing the friction points that cause injury.
A: We offer an optional Anti-Bacterial treatment. For trail races or multi-day events, this is essential to stop the breakdown of sweat by bacteria, preserving your event’s premium reputation.
A: Screen printing creates a “plastic patch” that blocks the fabric’s pores, making the runner hot. Sublimation dyes the fiber itself. The sponsor’s logo remains 100% breathable and will never crack or peel, even in high-resolution finish-line photos.
A: We don’t “eye-ball” colors. We use Pantone Solid Coated codes. We provide a digital strike-off and then a physical fabric chip for approval before the high-speed printers start.
A: Yes. We are GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified. We provide recycled polyester made from post-consumer plastic bottles and can issue the required Transaction Certificate (TC) for your audit trail.
A: We recommend DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We handle the taxes, the customs clearance, and the local trucking. If a delay occurs on our end, we have emergency recovery protocols. This is a complex issue with multiple layers of complexity. Our task is to ensure that this problem is resolved within a reasonable timeframe. We will analyze each situation individually, and contacting us by phone will be the most convenient option.
A: Standard turnaround is 2-3 weeks after sample approval. For emergencies, we can move your order to our “Rush Line” and ship in 7-10 days. We recommend starting the conversation 45 days before your event.
A: Of course. We support one-stop distribution, directly packaging custom finisher medals, custom race bibs, and apparel into custom race bags. Once you receive the goods, you can send them directly to the athlete, saving you the labor costs of secondary repackaging.
A: There are tens of thousands of fabrics available, and you can’t select them all on the page. Just send us a sample garment, or provide a detailed description of the weight and style, and our R&D department can complete a 1:1 replica within 48 hours.
